These terms & conditions govern the use of this website.
Deliveries
Bears are usually sent to you within 5 working days but we will email you if there is an unavoidable delay. All items are sent from our shop in the New Forest.
Postage
All bears posted with Parcel Force are free of postage if your order is over £50.00 and within the UK. £3.95 is charged for items under £50.00. Postage is charged on sale items and on particularly heavy or large items. All items will be insured.
Outside the UK, please check for a price either by telephone or email.
Returns
If you are not happy with the bear you have chosen, it can be returned within 14 days of the initial transaction for a full refund if it is in perfect condition with its original packaging and certificate (if applicable). We will deduct the cost of the original postage.
Please telephone to arrange this before returning the bear.
Payment
Payment can be made using all major credit or debit cards through our secure online server managed by PayPal. This means that the details cannot be intercepted while they are being sent.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when they bill you.
Tax Charges
Overseas buyers are responsible for all taxes and charges levied by customs authorities.
Gift Vouchers
If you are uncertain which bear to choose, why not purchase a gift voucher. These are available from £20.00 to any amount.
